A prominent law firm based in Los Angeles, CA is actively seeking a dynamic and driven associate attorney to join its fast-paced employment practice group. The selected candidate will handle a diverse range of employment litigation and advisory matters, contributing to a practice committed to legal excellence and impactful client service.

Duties:

• Handle a broad array of employment matters including:

  • Wage and hour class actions

  • PAGA claims

  • Single-plaintiff disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation

• Assist in non-compete, trade secret, and traditional labor-related matters (preferred but not required)

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions

• Advise clients on California employment law compliance and litigation strategy

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

• Contribute to business development efforts and client presentations as needed

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant employment law experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads independently

• Proven success in high-performance, fast-paced legal settings

• Admitted to the State Bar of California

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California
