• Provide legal support and advice to clients in the energy sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of energy and infrastructure project finance.
• Experience with tax equity and M&A transactions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of a State Bar.
