The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience and a strong foundation in civil and business disputes. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, with a focus on business and commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research, and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and business-related documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and legal direction.
• Manage caseloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle client communication, providing updates and legal advice.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
• Continuously stay updated on relevant legal developments and trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil or business litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Proven experience in legal writing and research, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in managing litigation from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle a diverse range of legal matters and clients.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in both civil litigation and business transactional law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and strategically.
