The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Must also be efficient, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized and possess advanced skill levels in Microsoft Office Suite and be proficient in e-filing with all PA courts/jurisdictions; law firm billing experience a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
