Duties

• Handle all aspects of eviction cases in Georgia.
• Attend court hearings and prepare necessary documentation.
• Conduct legal research and draft reports and correspondence.
• Manage caseload and assist staff with inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws is a bonus.
• Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia required.
