Community Outreach Coordinator

The candidate will represent the company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the surrounding community. Maintain a calendar of outreach activities including appointments, community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities. Schedule regular outreach with the community including individuals, businesses, and other organizations. Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners. Assist in the organization of special events. Prepare accurate records and reports. Work with management to maintain an annual budget for community outreach activities. A background in sales and/or marketing is required. Preferred experience of 3 years or more in outreach and/or sales. Should preferably have some law office background. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related fields preferred. Must have outstanding written communication and presentation skills. Should have strong experience in preparing reports and tracking activities.
