Duties

• Assist with all aspects of licensing matters, including new company licensing and ownership changes.
• Evaluate licensing obligations for financial services companies across all states and the District of Columbia.
• Manage licensing processes through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry.
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft formal and informal correspondence.
• Interact directly with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sophisticated licensing experience; mortgage or financial services licensing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects.

Education

• Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
