Senior Patent Prosecution Attorney
The candidate must have 10+ years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or medicine, with knowledge of the drug discovery and development processes. Experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry is required. USPTO registration and at least one State Bar license is preferred, but strongly qualified patent agents will be considered.
