Duties

• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy.
• Perform legal research to support case development.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in consumer warranty defense is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
