Benefits/HRIS/Employee Resources Manager
The candidate will be responsible administration of the firm’s group benefits to include health, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA and ancillary benefits. Being the go-to person for handling employee benefits inquiries and liaison to the firm’s benefit providers. Managing benefit open enrollment meetings, assist in developing presentation materials, and ensure that all employee health and welfare enrollment elections are processed accurately. Developing wellness programs and hosts events in providing health and safety resources to the employees. Developing communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package and rewards program. Managing the benefits and rewards portals in HRIS program to include open enrollment and life event program design, rate structures and updating of employee records. Serving on the benefits task force in providing feedback and creative thinking to benefits and rewards programs. Ensuring benefit policies are current and in compliance with legislative requirements at the Federal and State Levels. Evaluating existing benefits and proposes new programs through information obtained by research, market trends and employee feedback. Consulting and collaborating with leadership to identify benefit strategies that support business needs. Monitoring current and expected cost, update internal spreadsheets for billing and ensure processes are in place for timely payments to external vendors. Responsible for the overall management of the firm’s HRIS system to include developing dashboards, creating efficiencies in managing employee data, generating key reports and promoting and training employees on the benefits and efficiencies of the program. Preparing budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying, and reconciling of budgeted funds. Assisting and creating an environment to nurture the employee and employer relationship. Coordinating and managing the firm’s onboarding process for all new employees with a schedule of follow-up communications and touch points. Responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s employee rewards program that acknowledges outstanding performance and work anniversaries. Creating new employee feedback surveys. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, and 2+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience is required. Intermediate experience in the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits plans is required.
