Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial litigation or willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice while maintaining professional judgment.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting research memos.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlement discussions and client advocacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Prior law firm or clerkship experience preferred, especially in litigation or employment-related matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey or eligibility and intent to obtain NJ bar admission promptly.
