The candidate will be working with supervising attorneys to represent banks, other financial institutions, and borrowers in commercial loan, commercial real estate finance, and equipment leasing matters. Will be drafting and negotiation of loan and equipment lease documents. Reviewing corporate due diligence. Assisting with loan and equipment lease closings, and performing legal research. Must have admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials are required. Must have 1-5 years of experience in commercial finance, real estate and/or corporate transactional matters.
