• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Develop tailored legal strategies for each case to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Provide clear legal counsel to clients, simplifying complex legal concepts.
• Work closely with legal support staff and paralegals for efficient case management.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, medical professionals, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff to foster skill development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
• Proven ability to independently handle complex, high-value personal injury cases.
• Strong leadership, case management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Effective under pressure with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar license (active and in good standing).
