Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients (companies and individuals) in various business immigration matters.

• Conduct legal research on complex immigration-related issues.

• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and applications.

• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in immigration cases.

• Lead a team of professionals to ensure high standards of legal service and client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide accurate legal advice.

• Offer strategic guidance to clients on immigration matters.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing with the state bar.

• Proven experience in immigration law, especially business immigration.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with an excellent ability to manage multiple cases.

• Attention to detail while being able to view broader legal issues.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with a state bar in the U.S.

Skills:

• Expertise in U.S. immigration law, with a focus on business immigration.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments.

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

• Organizational skills with the ability to handle a high volume of cases.
