A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of estate planning experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to assess individual needs and goals for estate planning.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise on tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer and asset protection.
• Assist clients in establishing and administering trusts.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration.
• Provide guidance on charitable giving and philanthropic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in estate planning.

Skills:
