A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will advise and represent clients in matters involving cybersecurity, digital privacy, Internet speech, cybercrime, white collar crime, intellectual property theft, and more. The role involves handling both civil and criminal cases, with a focus on class actions, commercial disputes, and regulatory enforcement actions.

Duties

• Advise clients on cybersecurity and digital privacy issues.
• Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation.
• Handle class actions and regulatory enforcement actions.
• Conduct internal, regulatory, and grand jury investigations.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of litigation experience in civil, class action, criminal, or regulatory matters.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania or Delaware, or eligible to waive into Pennsylvania.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania or Delaware.

Skills

• Outstanding writing and oral communication skills.
• Strong interest in law and technology.
• Significant pre-trial experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Exceptional project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload.
