The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions and/or land use and zoning, with additional experience in corporate, banking, and finance being advantageous. Candidates must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Duties

• Handle real estate transactions and land use matters.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in real estate, land use, and zoning.
• Corporate, banking, and finance experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
