Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida.
• Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong courtroom presence and confidence under pressure.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
