Duties

• Manage cases from inception through trial, including case and risk assessment.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties.
• Maintain consistent entry of billable time entries daily.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience in insurance defense.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and site inspections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education
