Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a highly skilled Document Review Attorney to join its team. This role requires an attorney with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage a high volume of legal documents. The primary responsibility will be to assess and evaluate documents for relevance and privilege in ongoing litigation. The position is well-suited for attorneys who excel in fast-paced environments and have experience reviewing legal documents for complex cases.

Duties:

• Efficiently review a large volume of litigation documents with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Analyze documents for relevance to the case at hand, including identifying privileged information.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to senior attorneys and legal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents for potential use in court.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the Bar in at least one of the following states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, or VA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, especially in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD)

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the states where the firm operates, including AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, and VA.
