Job Title: Litigation Attorney 

Job Overview:
A respected law firm in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney through a legal recruiting agency. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a docket of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other civil negligence matters. This role requires courtroom readiness, strong drafting abilities, and effective communication with various legal stakeholders. The firm offers a collaborative environment with administrative and legal support for optimal case handling.

Duties:

• Oversee a full portfolio of personal injury matters from initiation to trial or negotiated resolution

• Draft and respond to legal pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions

• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials

• Collaborate with investigators, medical professionals, and other expert witnesses

• Coordinate closely with legal assistants and paralegals to maintain steady case progression

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Arkansas Bar

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently

• Courtroom experience preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a law school accredited by the ABA

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Arkansas (required)
