Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage litigation from start to finish, focusing on employment-related disputes.

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client advocacy.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and identify key legal issues.

  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and develop strategic litigation plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-6 years of experience in litigation, particularly in employment law or related fields.
  • A genuine interest in workers' rights and social justice, with a desire to pursue meaningful legal work.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple litigation tasks simultaneously and manage deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients, peers, and support staff.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on persuasive legal arguments.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
