Commercial Litigator
The candidate should have 6+ years’ experience in a wide range of complex high-stakes commercial matters, including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation/libel, asset acquisition/disposition related disputes, joint venture/partnership disputes, unfair trade practices, environmental issues, insurance coverage, environmental liability, defense of consumer claims and defense of and/or bringing class action suits. The ideal candidate, in addition to proven success in a variety of complex commercial litigations at the trial level, will have a record of success in commercial mediations, arbitrations and appeals in both state and federal courts. Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York State Bar are required.
