The firm handles a wide range of cases, including real estate disputes, title insurance claims, escrow liability, business litigation, and employment matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 2-7 years of experience who is eager to take on complex litigation matters and advance their career in a dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including state court cases and appeals
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions and handle trial preparation
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and legal advice
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court rules
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop litigation strategies
• Manage caseload effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Provide timely and effective communication to all parties involved in a case

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in real estate litigation
• Experience in handling complex cases involving real estate, business, title insurance, escrow liability, bad faith, and employment matters
• Proven deposition and courtroom experience
• Strong writing and legal research skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong academic credentials and legal writing proficiency
• Litigation experience with a focus on real estate law
• Deposition, courtroom, and trial experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in legal work
• Proficient in legal research and case management tools
