Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence

• Support litigation efforts, including document preparation and case file organization

• Assist with court filings and attend hearings, depositions, and proceedings as needed

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and client representation

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Maintain accurate records, billing entries, and case documentation

• Stay updated on legal trends and relevant changes in law

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience (judicial clerkship or litigation work experience is a plus)

• Strong interest in litigation and professional development in trial advocacy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar
