• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of labor and employment law experience.
• California bar license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in an onsite setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California bar license.
