Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as discovery, briefs, motions, and other filings
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Maintain comprehensive and organized client records
• Engage in negotiation and settlement discussions
• Provide strategic advice to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys

Requirements:

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Wisconsin
• 2-3 years of experience in litigation (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin

Skills:

• Legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents, including motions and briefs
