Duties

• Handle all phases of complex civil litigation

• Develop and implement case strategies tailored to client goals

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with other attorneys across various practice areas

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience

• Strong background in business, commercial, or civil litigation

• Experience managing cases independently from intake through resolution

• Proven ability to handle courtroom proceedings and interact directly with clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar
