Duties

• Review and analyze prospective wage and hour claims for class action and PAGA litigation.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, CNS, and Trellis to evaluate litigation history and case law.
• Review severance, arbitration, and collective bargaining agreements for enforceability.
• Perform corporate and financial research using various databases to assess case feasibility.
• Communicate with clients to obtain supplemental facts as needed.
• Maintain and update internal tracking systems for related cases.
• Evaluate cases referred by outside partners for legal merit.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of employment law experience, plaintiff-side preferred.
• Deep understanding of employment claims, particularly wage and hour.

Education
