A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join the Capital Markets practice group in New York City, NY. The role involves representing issuers, investment banks, and other market participants in various transactions and regulatory compliance matters. Duties

• Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions.
• Draft registration statements and offering documents.
• Manage transactions and lead due diligence teams.
• Assist with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in securities law and capital markets.
• Experience with public securities offerings and structured deals.
• Familiarity with IPOs, registered direct offerings, and PIPEs.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
