• Provide strategic counsel and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-stakes pleadings.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Assist in business development and monitor legal developments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 5-10 years of employment litigation experience.
• Trial, arbitration, or administrative hearing experience.
• Strong command of California employment law.
• Proven motion practice experience in state and federal court.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
