Duties

• Draft and review complaints, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage case budgets and coordinate with forensic experts, consultants, and co-counsel.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior associates and support staff, fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop litigation strategies and evaluate emerging legal theories.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or second chair.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 5 years of experience in plaintiffs' mass torts litigation.
• Proven track record of handling high-stakes matters through trial or significant motion practice.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and strict deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
