• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on business transactions, property acquisitions, and other legal matters.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, wills, and trusts, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in probate administration and assist clients in managing their estates.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of client service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or estate planning.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Familiarity with Clio or other legal management software is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
