Duties:

• Represent clients in residential property and landlord-tenant legal disputes

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related legal documents

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and legal research

• Participate in internal legal training sessions and mentoring programs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to civil litigation

• Strong courtroom and oral advocacy skills

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a team-based environment

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialized legal area

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
