Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Handle discovery and written depositions.
• Analyze professional liability coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in general liability matters.
• Experience in state and federal court proceedings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• JD with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
