Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Manage discovery processes and conduct depositions.
• Advise clients on legal matters, providing clear and effective counsel.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to guide case strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and civil litigation.
• Experience with trial work and courtroom representation.
• Strong ability to strategize and resolve complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Proven research, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior counsel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Colorado State Bar (or eligibility to practice in Colorado).
