Duties

• Maintain high ethical standards and zealous advocacy for clients.
• Manage cases from pre-litigation to trial with staff support.
• Guide clients through the case process with empathy and frequent communication.
• Analyze legal issues and documentation, including insurance policies and settlement releases.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Consult with adjusters, experts, and opposing counsel to advance cases.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the MO State Bar Association.
• IL license preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High drive and commitment to personal and team success.
• Ability to collaborate and learn from others.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Missouri Bar License (Required)
• Illinois Bar License (Preferred)
