  • Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and legal opinions.
  • Manage legal support staff and oversee case progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilize a CRM system for accurate data entry, case tracking, and document management.
  • Collaborate with firm functions such as tax preparation and accounting services to provide comprehensive client solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience practicing law, with three years specifically in tax law.
  • Experience representing clients in tax audits and controversies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax preparation, tax audits, and related legal forms.
  • Ability to work remotely with effective time management and organizational skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
