Duties

• Demonstrate a successful record of mediation and trial experience.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Market legal services to prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery of electronic and hard copy data for litigation.
• Engage in empathetic communication and advocacy.
• Manage schedules to meet production and collection objectives.
• Ensure timely approval of invoices.
• Utilize support staff effectively.
• Engage in personal and firm brand expansion activities.
• Seek positive client feedback and reviews.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission or eligibility for bar admission in the practicing state.
• Over five years of experience as an attorney.
