Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience (EOIR, IJ, BIA, or federal court).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Commitment to serving immigrant communities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to grow with the firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
