A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties:

• Handle a variety of real estate disputes and litigation cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and offer comprehensive legal advice.
• Draft and review transactional documents related to real estate matters.
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings with professionalism and poise.
• Manage a team of paralegals and clerks, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law and related litigation trends.
• Develop case strategies, and prepare motions, and other legal documents.
• Guide junior team members and support staff.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and license to practice law in California.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated experience in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Confidence and poise in representing clients in court and during legal proceedings.
• Proven leadership abilities, especially in managing teams of paralegals or clerks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
