A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join its team in Wichita, Kansas. Duties

• Represent clients in domestic, criminal, probate, and civil cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments.
• Manage cases independently and collaborate with team members.
• Develop a practice in new areas based on aptitude and client base development.
• Assist fellow attorneys with their caseloads as needed.

Requirements

• JD degree and membership in good standing with the Kansas State Bar.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing own clients or serving as lead counsel is a plus.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in technology and computer use.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Membership in good standing with the Kansas State Bar.
