Duties

• Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and junior staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.
• Contribute to community outreach, firm marketing, and client education initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills.
• Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm.
• Business-minded spirit with a focus on ownership and results.

Education
