Duties

• Compile and analyze trial and administrative records.
• Research legal issues and draft appellate briefs and motions.
• Assist with hearings and oral arguments.
• Support other litigation matters as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of litigation experience with a stable work history.
• Licensed and in good standing in both Missouri and Kansas.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with appellate litigation and criminal post-conviction proceedings preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Missouri and Kansas.
