This position requires the ability to manage a large caseload, including travel within Florida. Duties:

• Manage a large caseload involving first-party defense litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, including attending hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Travel within the state of Florida for case-related matters.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party or defense litigation.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials and a track record of delivering high-quality legal work.
• Excellent legal writing, research, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida as needed.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the State of Florida (required).
