Duties

• Represent companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity transactions.
• Advise public companies on corporate governance and SEC compliance.
• Manage client relationships and address sophisticated client needs.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of capital markets and public securities experience.
• Experience in a national or international law firm preferred.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
