Duties:

• Serve as a key member of trial teams for high-profile product liability and tort cases

• Manage discovery, deposition preparation, and motion practice in complex litigation

• Contribute to case strategy for mass tort, toxic tort, and class action matters

• Draft persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and legal arguments

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across multi-jurisdictional cases

• Collaborate with partners and senior litigators to drive efficient case resolution

• Interact directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on product liability, mass torts, or toxic/environmental torts

• Admission to the New York Bar

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume litigation environments

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and advocacy capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• An active New York State Bar license is required
