Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold all legal and ethical standards in representation and practice.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and active DE bar admission in good standing.
• Interest or experience in general liability, insurance defense, casualty, or labor and employment law.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
