A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a dedicated Corporate (Finance) Associate Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, specializing in Finance & Banking. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, a robust academic background, and be admitted to practice law in Florida.

Duties:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements such as loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
• Providing legal counsel on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions within the finance sector.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.
• Assisting in due diligence processes and preparing related reports.
• Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3-4 years of progressive experience in corporate law with a focus on finance and banking transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial and business concepts relevant to corporate finance.

Certifications:
