A law firm located in Fairlawn, OH, is seeking a driven and experienced attorney to manage a dynamic docket of personal injury cases across the state. This position, recruited on behalf of the firm, offers the opportunity to lead case strategy, negotiate settlements, and supervise legal support teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Conduct a thorough investigation of case details and substantiate damage claims

• Lead settlement negotiations, including coordination of lien resolutions

• Build and maintain positive rapport with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and court personnel

• Collaborate with legal teams to meet strategic objectives

• Provide supervision and mentorship to paralegal and administrative staff

• Ensure consistent case progress through strong organizational and time management practices

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Ohio

• 2 to 5 years of legal experience in either plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation

• A background in insurance defense or claims evaluation is strongly preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with case management tools such as Needles (preferred)

• Ability to perform effectively under deadlines and in high-pressure environments

• Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar
